Outlook 2007 Propagate Out

I installed Beta 2 and the receive function is working well. When I send any
messages, the software indicates it is sent, but the recipient never receives
the message. I know we are using Exchange 2003. Does Outlook 2007 use a
different port for sending?

Nope. Checked it for other addresses already? Can you send to yourself? Is
the recipient within the Exchange organisation?

I tested other addresses on the outside and just sent to my self on the
inside with the same result. It is also checking two other accounts (POP).
Could there be a conflict with them?

Additional info. When I set the default mail as gmail, it sends without
problem. It just seems to have the conflict with the Exchange server.

Make sure you have the Exchange mailbox store set as your default delivery
location.

Ok,

I finally got the time to trouble shoot this issue. I teach security and
demonstrate PGP ver 9. Outlook does not like the PGP services used in this
version. Once PGP is shutdown, it propagates without a problem.
