Outlook 2007 on Vista

I have Office 2007 and Windows Vista Business, every morning when i open
outlook it takes minimum 5 min. to open and after that when i click any mail
it takes 10-15 sec to open that mail, it just keep processing, i don't know
why its happeing, i had installed the updates for office also.
any help will be appreciated.

Which mail account type are you using?
Does it work properly in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

i use exchange account, secondly i tried thru safe mode also but same issue.

Are you connecting to an Exchange server located in the same building you
are in?
What did your mail admin say about this?
Do others in the same building have the same configuration and issue as you
do?

no, its in same building
mail admin is telling that if it works on OWA then its not my part on
outlook and really it works fine on webaccess
other users doesn't have issue like me

hi,
i an able to open the outlook properly but after that it just gets
frozen....i already disabled the additional add-ins that i doesn't requires &
as i told i tried thru safe mode but still same issue.

Hi Roady,
sorry for the delay as i was on leave for some time, i checked with
recreating the profile but still the problem seems to be same so i
uninstalled the office and re-installed it again but still no luck.
