Outlook 2007 disconnected when log in to Outlook

Hello can somebody please advise? I have Vista Business and Outlook 2007.
Every morning I log in to my Outlook I get a disconnected state. I have to
log out of Outlook and back in at least 3 times before I get a connected
state. Our mail Server is Exchange 2007. Any ideas please as this is very

Rather than restarting Outlook multiple times, simply click the "Disconnected"
icon on the Status bar and uncheck Work Offline.

There are several reasons why this could be happening and your best bet for
getting the problem solved is to speak with your local IT people. They're in
a much better position than we to diagnose the problem.
