Outlook 2007 Not Available

I am unable to install Outlook 2007...the icon says Not Available and can't
be changed to anything else.

Based on the responses to similar questions, I uninstalled Outlook 2003.
This had no effect on the 2007 install...still shows Not Available.

What's the secret handshake?

OK, after uninstalling all remaining references to Office 2003 in the
Add/Remove Programs list, I am now able to install Outlook 2007.
