outlook 2007 no longer launches from quicken or win-explorer

outlook no longer launches automatically from quicken when I want to email an
invoice or windows explorer when I select a file and rt-click and choose send
to recipient..
 
Make sure Outlook is your default email program in Internet Options (or
Default Programs in Vista) and you have set up your accounts properly.
 
I should have mentioned these auto launches were working and now do not. I
set the defaults for ie expl and vista just now...still not working...what
accounts do you refer to please?
