outlook 2007 new mail beep

anyone know how to change the new email notification sound in outlook 2007.
Mine is set to the ignorant beep - I checked the sound theme and it should
be the std exclaimation but it isn't

Do that in Control Panel's Sounds and Audio Devices applet.

That is where i did do it - but it appears to make no difference.
