Outlook 2007 Moves Very slow, how do I fix it?

I have a brand new laptop. I installed Office 2007 Small Business. For some
reason, Outlook operates very slow. Key Strokes hang. Program stalls. My
operating system is XP Home. I have a 80GB Hard Drive and 1GB of RAM. Any
suggestions?

How big is your PST, also is it just Outlook that is messed up?
