Just wondering if anyone knows if I'd be able to change things...for example,
have the communication history or notes on the bottom half of the contact
record instead of in a seperate tab.
Right now I have to click too many times to see all the info. I'd like to
just open up the contact record and see everything on one page...
I guess I'm trying to turn Outlook into Act and it's not working too well!
