Outlook 2007 Contact Note default formatting

I cannot get Outlook 2007 to remember the default formatting I want for the
notes section of my contacts files.

While I'm at it, can I change the default font for the contact forms, too?

The notes pane of both Calendar and Contacts is controlled by the same
values that control the Reading Pane. Tools>Options>Mail Format>Stationery
and Fonts.
