Outlook 2007 message - signatures

In previous outlook versions i could add a number of signatures to a message.
in the 2007 version, if i want to add an additional one to the default
signature, the default signature disappears. how can i avoid that or should i
use the <building block> and the <quick parts> feature?

Quick Parts is probably the solution if you want to add multiple
"signatures" to the one email.
