Outlook 2007 Mail Merge as another account

We have an email account that is an "office" account. Multiple people check
this account as it is shared with the other users who check.

We have a need to have a user perform a Mail Merge and have the FROM address
be the office account. We can grant any permissions necessary to the user
who will be doing the Mail Merge. How do we ensure that the mail merge
message goes out as the office account, and not as the account of the person
doing the mail merge?

Thanks

Mail merge always uses the default account. The solution, then, would be to create a mail profile just for the office account and run the merge using it.
