How do I stop the Outlook 2007 ( Word Editor ) Replacing three Hyphens
( --- ) with a line ?

( There is a reason three Hyphens were used before a signature in e'Mails. )

Me.

I can see no specific Auto correction for this, and disabling auto
correction altogether is far too drastic.
( you may as well say the cure for Outlook 2007 ills is to not use it ...
true but again too drastic. )

Resolved ( I'm sure MS won't mind my sharing.... )

To do so, we can try the following steps:

1. Start Outlook 2007
2. Click Tools->Options->Spelling->Spelling and Autocorrection
3. Click AutoCorrect Options->AutoFormat As You Type tab
4. Clear the check box "Border Lines"
5. Click OK and test this issue.

If the problem still persists, please feel free to let me know.

I look forward to hearing from you.
