How do I use hyphenation in Outlook 2007? (I do have Word 2007)

The Outlook e-mail editor does not seem to have a way to initiate
hyphenation. Since there is no Page Layout tab, there is no option for it!

Is there a work-around (other than writing in a Word document and
copy/pasting)? What a pain...
