OUTLOOK 2007 LOSS OF DATA

I have just loss all information in my Microsoft Outlook 2007 Address Book.
I have done a System Restore and it is still missing. Can you give me
specific steps to retrieve it?
 
Are you the same Dan who asked the same question some hours ago in the
contacts newsgroups? Have you read the answer there?
