Outlook 2007 Locks Up

I've been having some problems with Outlook 2007 in my new computer. About a
month ago I purchased a new Dell with MS Office Small Business 2007
preinstalled. Frequently after I read an email and I either cancel or delete
the email, Outlook freezes and will not respond again until I restart my
computer. And occasionally when I try to open Outlook with the Quick Launch
button on the taskbar it doesn't respond and I can't open Outlook without
restarting the computer.

Thanks for any help, MET

Know issue with Dell computers. Dell preloads their computers with a program
called "OutlookAddin" developed by Cyberlink. Uninstall it and try again.

Where do I find this program? It's not listed in the Control Panel/Programs
and Features.

I am also having this problem and would love a solution. How do I uninstall a
program I can't fine, ie"OutlookAddin"?

OK I am back. I don't know if this will help you but this is what I did and
it seems to have solved my problem.I also have a Dell, but have Microsoft
Office Small Business 2007 With Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 with Business
Contact Manager. In add/remove programs remove Outlook" business contact
manager". In reading some of the other replies it seems the business contact
manager is a problem.

Thanks, c12m34! So far that has worked, my Outlook hasn't froze since I
removed BCM several days ago.
