Outlook 2007 Key does not work

I've been ignoring this problem since October 2008. I upgraded my trial
version and paid online. The email I received with the product key has never
worked. I'm finally sick and tired of not having Outlook and looking to get
charged another 49 dollars from support to activate a product I've already
paid for.

Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated
 
Which version of Office are we talking about. When you paid on line did they not
supply you with a link to download Office to which they sent the key. And from where
or who did you purchase the Office on line
