Outlook 2007 junk mail filter

is it possible to dispatch Junk mail filter update by Group policy?

there are 8x workstations.

The update is msp file, not msi. i cannot put it in Group policy software
installation.

Normal users cannot install software.

is the only way to do it one by one manually?

How do you handle applying Microsoft critical security hotfixes that come
out once a month? Reason I ask is that if you use WSUS, you should be able
to approve in WSUS and let it apply the update(s) w/out issue to restricted
accounts.
