Outlook 2007: GPO setting to hide Junk E-Mail does not fully work

Here's another issue to be fixed (Outlook 2007 RTM German):

1. Activate the GPO setting to hide the UI for Junk E-Mail for your client
(German version: Benutzeroberfläche für junk-E-Mail ausblenden or set this key
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook]
"DisableAntiSpam"=dword:00000001

2. Open a received e-mail from an internet sender in Outlook 2007: The Junk
E-Mail group is still visible and active in the Ribbon. However when clicking
on any buttons in the Junk-E-Mail group you will receive an error message,
German version "Fehler beim Ausführen der Operation".

The policy should hide the group from the UI including the Ribbon as it's
described to do so...
