Outlook 2007/IE7 compatibility

Since installing IE7RC1 I am getting the following error when trying to
retrieve email in Outlook 2007. RSS feeds download correctly. I have verified
all the basics and done repair and diagnostics on Outlook.

Error:
Can't logon to incoming mail server(POP3). Unknown error occured 0x8007007e

Any thoughts or known conflicts between the two applications.
