Outlook 2007 hyperlink in email

If an Internet Explorer window is already open when I click a hyperlink
within the body of an email received in Outlook Express or in Windows Mail,
the hyperlink opens in a new browser window.

If an Internet Explorer window is already open when I click a hyperlink
within the body of an email received in Outlook 2007, the hyperlink does not
open. Clicking the link within an email will open a browser window only if
the browser is NOT already open. How do I correct this problem in Outlook
2007?
 
Did you reset the browser settings? (IE's Tools, Internet options, programs)
