Hyperlinks stopped working in Outlook 2007

I am using Outlook 2007 with Windows 7. Recently, hyperlinks in emails will
no longer open - I have to copy and paste into a browser. I remember reading
a fix for this, but now I can't find it.

Start --control panel-- default programs---setprograms acess and computer
defaults --- select ms windows ---click ok
