Outlook 2007 - How do I check to see if someone opened or received your email internally?

I came from GroupWise and we could see whether your email to someone
internally in your organization was "delivered to the Inbox" or
"opened" or "opened then deleted", but I cannot find how to do this in
Outlook 2007.

Does anyone know how to get this information?

Thanks.

Two ways to do this:
On a "per message" basis by clicking on the "Options" button in a Compose
Window, or globally, go to Tools-Options-Email options-tracking options

Thanks for your help HTH. I tried a few emails with these options
turned on and I found the process to be very "goofy" and overly hard
to manage. Since Outlook sends a receipt after each email is sent and
another after delivery I now have to create a folders just to house
the receipts so it does not fill up my "Inbox" to the point where I
can't find anything. I really prefer Groupwise over Excahnge when it
comes to receipt delivery but I guess there's nothing that we can do.
