Outlook 2007 Hangs when started

Outlook worked fine for months. Now when I open it with any of the three
profiles setup it hangs, Sometime it says it was closed improperly. All I
get is the hour class. I have waited for over an hour and nothing. I have
run the repair tool and fixed the pst files. Any suggestions.

try to run the Office repair function better: Control Panel - Add/Remove
programs - MS Office 2007 - Change - Repair.
