Outlook 2007 / Gmail import set up

throughout the install of Outlook 07 i sync my internet Gmail account, this
has now become my primary email source. BUT how do I create a separate
Outlook email address as well as keeping my Gmail import?

Outlook can't create email addresses - so assuming you mean you have an
email address from an ISP or other source and want to add it to the profile,
go to Tools, Account settings and add the new email account to the profile.
