outlook 2007 error Mess

cannot start outlook. cannot open the outloo window. the set of folders
cannot be opened. errors have been detected in the file c;\documents and
settings\darren casper\local settings\application
data\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst.

says to us the inbox repair tool scanpst.exe to diagnose and repair
erros...but i could not find it so i downloaded it and when i run it i get
the following error... this application has failed to start because
scnpst32.dll was not found. re installing the application may fix this
problem. .....so I did uninstall the complete office 2007 and reinstalled
from cd. all other programs work fine except i cannot open office...can you
help?

There is no need to download it. It was installed on your PC when you
installed Outlook. It's in
%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office12
