How do I edit image placeholder text?

As in? Do you want to edit the text that says 'right click here to
download'? You can't change that.
Do you want to add alt tags to your images? Right click on the image and
choose Format picture.

Thanks Diane... "to add alt tags " Format picture (in Outlook 2007) doesn't
have an option to edit alt tags, well not that I can see

text than format picture would be )
