OutLook 2007 Email stuck in OutBox

I'm using Outlook 2007. Lately, I cannot send any email out. They are all
stuck in the Outbox. Funny thing also occurs with my 3 emails A, B and C
stucked there. As I watch the Outbox, Email A remains initially at the
top of the list in bold italics. Email B & C below are in plain italics.
A few seconds later, Email B will move to the top of the list and turned
to bold italics. Email A having dropped below will be in normal italics.
Few more seconds later, Email C will migrate to the top, and change to bold
italics. This cycle repeats endlessly.

Anyone can advise how to unstuck the email in Outlbox. I've googled and
read some of the suggestions posted but none seemed to work. Pse help. thks

I have scoured the internet looking for answers on this subject. I cant find
a good answer why this is happening. I have upgraded the company I started
working for from Outlook 2003 and POP email to Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2007
and my clients regularly get email stuck in the Outbox, sometimes they get
sent (still showing in Outbox) and sometimes they dont get sent (Still
showing in Outbox).

Did not have this issue with Exchange2003 and Outlook2003 in the last
company I supported.

if its happening with exchange, are you using cached mode or classic? have
you checked for network problems? when mail doesn't move from the outbox to
the sent folder its usually because the sent folder is not available. Also,
are the desktops running AV software that's scanning the outbound mail?

Not using cached. I use Trend Micro at the client and the Exchange server.
this happens to my clients regardless of which method they are using, Outlook

Stuck email in Outbox

Hi folks...

Has this problem been resolved already? I'm experiencing the stuck email intermittently. I am currently having to open the message and click the "Send" button to have the message disappear from the Outbox.

Would really appreciate any assistance - as the client is starting to snarl when he sees me now.
