Outlook 2007 doesn't start

Hi there,
I have a Windows Vista Business PC (totally up to date with patches) and
installed Office 2007 professional (also up to date) on it. Both Dutch. I can
start every application of the Office 2007 Suite except Outlook. If I start
Outlook, I get an errormessage saying:
Microsoft Office Outlook doenst work anymore (I had to translate it to
English)
U can search online for solutions to this problem.
I get 2 options:
Search online for a solution and close the program
and
Close the program

If I choose the first option, it seems to connect to the net to look for a
solution, which it doesn't find.
Shortly after a new screen appears with the message Can't initialize the
application correctly. (0x80000003) Press OK to end the application.

I've already removed the whole office suite and erïnstalled it, but it
doesn't help a bit.
I'm logged on the desktop as administrator, so I have enough rights. The
desktop is an AcerPower M8 with AMD Athlon X2 processor. I've searched almost
everyware, but no success. Can someone help me please.

Thanks
Roy
