Outlook 2007 doesn't show new email in the inbox until refreshed

Any update on this thread? I have a couple of Outlook 2007 users that
are tormented by unread messages not showing up until they click on
another folder then back to their Inbox. They are on Dell laptops w/XP
pro SP3.

Using Exchange? It's usually an issue with a NAT router or firewall.
