Outlook 2007 Does not remember toolbat customization

Oddly enough, it will remember that I put the spam toolbar to the right of
the Outllook toolbar, but it will not remember any new toolbars or any
additional buttons I placed on an existing toolbar. I deleted the extend.dat
file to no avail. Can anyone help?

Extend.dat has got nothing to do with it. Outcmd.dat is the file that stores
toolbar customizations. Note that 3rd party toolbars and buttons control
their own location. If their customized location aren't being stored contact
the vendor of that addin for support.
 
Perfect. I deleted the outcmd.dat,and it solved the problem.
