outlook 2007 does not load

I have office 2000 professiona and use windows xp on my laptop.

I have dwonloaded/installed office 2007 (small business version) and outlook
2007 has not been installed although the other components are working.

How do I correct this to get outlook 2007 working?

Ditto, with the Professional download.

Everything looks like it's going to install happily, and then it says
Outlook 7 has to be installed before the Business Contact Manager can be
loaded. Huh?
 
Posted here daily for the last few weeks. You must uninstall any prior version of Outlook, then re-run setup and make Outlook available.
