Outlook 2007 crashing repeatedly...

I am having a problem with Outlook 2007 which it seems that many others are
as well. Anyways I just bought a new computer for the office here and I got
Vista 32-Bit Business along with Office 2007. I have had repeated problems
with Outlook 2007. It never closes properly and always leaves OUTLOOK.exe
process running. It also crashes randomly it seems, but especially when I
begin to use the business manager. I have heard that a lot of the Outlook
2007 problems has been with add-ins so I am listing my add-ins below even
though they all seem to be legit and published from Microsoft. I hope
someone can help...

Active Application Add-Ins:
Business Contact Manager for Outlook
Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging
Microsoft Office SharePoint Server Colleague Import Add-in
Microsoft Outlook Mobile Service
Windows Search Email Indexer

Inactive Application Add-Ins:
Calender Gadget for Windows SideShow
Microsoft VBA for Outlook Admin

Disabled Application Add-Ins:
NONE

Thanks...
J

Have you yet tried running Outlook in its safe mode so add-ons are NOT
loaded with it ("outlook.exe /safe")? This would determine if Outlook
is crashing or one of the add-ons. If Outlook runs okay in safe mode
then reenable the add-ons one at a time. Enable one, reload Outlook,
and retest. When you get back the crashing, it's the last add-on that
you enabled that's the culprit. I would leave Windows Search and
Calendar Gadget at the end.
