When closing Outlook 2007, I often get the following error:
Code: 0xc0000005
Flags: 0x00000000
Address: 0x000000000a2e1252

Module 1
OUTLOOK
Image Base: 0x30000000
Checksum: 0x00c3997e

O/S is XP Pro SP2

Then, when I re-open outlook, it runs the data file check which takes
forever! Any suggestions?

What is being logged to the Event Viewer?
What add-ins do you have installed?
What is your build version? Help-> About
Is this an upgrade or a clean installation?

It is an upgrade from Office 2003

Go into Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Change Adobe Acrobat 7.0
Standard, and remove the Outlook plugin of it.
Does that stop the crashes?
