Outlook 2007 - could not install custom actions error

Hello.

Does anyone have a permanent fix for this? This is constant reoccuring
issue and deleting the frmcache.dat file has only been a temporary fix.

I am not even able to pin down exactly what causes the error to reoccur. I
have noticed that I can make it reoccur when I log into the terminal server
and check my email there, and then return to my laptop - but even then it
doesn't always recreate the error.

Any ideas? I am spending a lot of time deleting frmcache.dat files and it
is very annoying....
