Outlook 2007 contacts problem

Peter

To facilitate ease of navigation I have designated certain email addresses
in the Contacts folder as 1Peter Hotmail, 2Peter Gmail etc but when I click
the TO button in a new email the Gmail and Hotmail addresses are way down
the list and I have to scroll to find them, the word Hotmail and Gmail come
first, so it is alphabetical but 1Peter (on its own) is at the top and
4Jennifer is also at the top. How do I get them all to display at the top?

As you have found out already, the To... button is the worst way to access
the Contacts.

Either just type in the To... field and click CTRL-K or select people from
the Contacts folder to email. I select, then drag to the Outbox to email
them. Or select the Contacts you want, then Tools | Mailmerge to merge
emails to them.
