outlook 2007 contacts into korean

the contacts typed in korean won't come up correctly. how do i adjust this?

Do you have the Korean language pack installled?
 
I have a similar issue. All contacts and email subjects in Korean are
not properly encoded. Any solutions will be greatly appreciated.
