Outlook 2007 Contact Screen

I upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2007 and when I open a contact or try to
create a new contact, I cannot view the complete address screen & there is no
scroll down bar.

What happens if you double click in the title bar area and then close the contact?

After furious head scratching, DLS asked:
