Outlook 2007 Contact Box

D

Don Diego

I'm using Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista. When opening a Task, Contact, Journal, etc. I no longer see the Contacts box at the bottom. I normally would click Contacts and then select the applicable contact from my list. It was working until a few days ago. I've tried to repair Office 2007, and I tried to restore Vista. Neither worked.

I would appreciate any assistance.

In Outlook 2007, the Contacts box for linking items to contacts does not appear by default. You will need to turn it on -- Tools | Options | Contact Options | Show Contact Activity Information on All Forms.

You must now expressly enable that option in Tools > Options > Preferences >
Contact Options...
