Outlook 2007 configuring randomly

Just installed Office Home and Student on new Dell Inpiron 530s. Office
products work well, but sometimes when receiving new mail, a box pops up that
says "Office Home and Student is configuring which slows the mail reciept.
Any ideas?

H&S does not contain Outlook, perhaps your Dell came with a trial version
that you failed to uninstall prior to your installing from cd?
