Outlook 2007 closes down when minimized.

How can I keep Outlook "open" when minimized? I need to keep it running
constantly.
 
Do you see Outlook's icon in the lower right corner beside the clock? If so,
it's still running. You can right click that icon and choose not to hide if
minimized.
