Outlook 2007 cannot connect to POP3

Installed and activated Office 2007 it migrated my information from old
Outlook during the upgrade and now it cannot connect to my POP3 email. Gives
me the following message when I try and repair the email account...

An encrypted connection to your mail server is not available. Click next to
attempt using an unencrypted connection. And when you log onto server as
unencrypted it changes it to an IMAP account.

Help!

Try creating your account manually, using the settings given you by your
email provider.
