outlook 2007 can not find the msvcr80.dll

can not install the outlook 2007 because don't find the msvcr80.dll
I've uninstall several times the software as it recommend but the problem
remains.
I remove the entries from the registry associated with the outlook after the
uninstall with no success again.
I downloaded and pasted the missing dll in the system 32 but Martyn Lovell,
the creator of this dll, says that the dll must be downloaded from the same
place I took the application, but I don't know how to do that.
I need help!
