MSVCR80.dll not found

After I loaded my Office 2007 I could not open my Outlook and Power point as
I keep getting the words "MSVCR80.dll was not found".
I have reinstalled the software a few times but I still get the same message.
Anyone has a solution to this?

Do you have any add-ins that may require MSVCR80.dll ? Try starting
Outlook in Safe Mode:

Start -> Run -> outlook.exe /safe
