Outlook 2007 calendar Sync Issue with exchange

I recently encountered a problem with my calendar syncing with outlook 2007.
I am using a hosted exchange server 2003 and noticed that my outlook desktop
client does not include all calendar items that my outlook webaccess has. I
have deleted my ost file and recreated my profile but have not had any luck.
When initially loading the new ost file all of the calendar items exist but
as soon as it has finished updated all folders i arbitrarily lose calendar
items. Other users that view my calendar also show a different calendar than
what I am seeing. They are still missing some of my appts but not
necessarily the same appts that I am missing on my instance of Outlook. The
exchange server syncs with my mobile phone (Motorola Q using windows mobile
5.0) without any issues and all of my calendar items on my phone match the
calendar items on the webaccess portal to my hosted exchange. Desktop using
XP SP3, Office 2007.

One of our users is experiencing an issue similar to yours. When she views
her calendar or the desktop or through OWA she has all of the calendar items.
When she looks at it on her laptop (after it syncs), she is missing a large
chuck of her calendar items (not archived) with no good reason why.

If Cached Exchange mode is enabled, try disabling it and seeing if that
makes a difference.
