Outlook 2007-Calendar appointments don't show the "bell" for remin

In Outlook 2003, calendar appointments that had reminders set also showed a
little "bell" to let you know that you had a reminder set. In Outlook 2007,
I don't see anything like that so that I can easily look at my calender and
know that reminders are correctly set. Was this feature taken away?

Yes, but you can use Automatic Formatting to color code the items with a
reminder. On the Advanced tab set the condition;
Reminder equals yes

Okay, I may be a total idiot, but where might I find this option. (For
what's it worth MS didn't do any favors with 07!). But thanks for your
valuable help....I guess you'll be seeing posts from me a lot in the future!

Disregard my last post.....I figured it out. (How can I remove a post if I
figure out what I need?)

Here's another idiot - I cannot find the option described, either. Please
advise.

I have my calendar view set to "Day" Right click somewhere in your calendar,
left click on Customize Current View, left Click Automatic Formatting, click
Add and then give it a name and pick a color. Then click the Condition
button, go to the Advanced tab and click the drop-down for FIELDS and choose
ALL APPOINTMENT FIELDS, then click on REMINDER, set Condition to EQUALS and
Value to YES. Click OK. Then click YES and OK.

I also use a public calendar. When I have only my calendar displayed, the
formatting shows up. If I then click on the little calendar icon and checked
the public calendar which is in OTHER CALENDARS, the appointments didn't show
the automatic formatting color change. I had to actually set the automatic
formatting AGAIN on MY calendar while I had both calendars displayed in order
to have the change stay. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
