Outlook 2007 Cached Mode

I have a user that runs Outlook 2007 in Cached Exchange Mode using RPC over
HTTPS. They use delayed emails instead of Outlook reminders for tasks. On
their desktop there may be anywhere from 20-35 messages in the Outbox for
delays delivery. When the user syncs with the server, these messages are
not synced as verified by connecting to OWA. Is there a way to sync these
or is the Outbox on local?

I have tried setting up Send and Receivce and selecting the Outbox and this
gives the same result.

Once you've enabled to sync the Outbox it should work for new messages but
most likely not on already existing items. Have you already verified that?

Yes, both new and old items still don't sync. I have also tried deleting
all items from the Outbox, recreating the profile with sync setup, and
creating new Outbox items.

FYI: Office 2007 Enterprise on Windows Vista Ultimate

Sorry for the delay in the response, I got called out of town.

Even new messages still do not sync. I also tried clearing out all messages
that were sitting in the Outbox, sync, create new delayed delivery message
and sync.

I also tested by creating a delayed message on the terminal server, using
Outlook 2003 not in cached mode. The message does not appear in Outlook
2007 cached mode mailbox.
