Outlook 2007 Birthdays and appointments sync wrong

I'm having trouble with appointments when I sync my at&t Tilt with Outlook
2007. Only sometimes, the dates do not match up between my computer and my
phone. When I enter a contact with a birthday or anniversary and sync with
my phone, the phone will show the persons' birthday at the top of the
calendar on that day with their age in parenthesis. I have one contact that
will not; her birthday is 04/01/1955 and i've tried several times to get
this, but it never shows up, even the day before or after. all my other
contacts do...
Another sync issue is i put a sort of countdown on my computer to a certain
day; 15 days to event, then the next day i put in 14 days to event and so on
until the event. When I sync with my phone, all is ok until i get to the
12th day, and it also put the 11th day on the same day, 10th on the next and
so on, so the last 11 days are wrong, but all others correct. I've checked
in outlook 07 and everything is entered the same, all day event, etc. once
in a while an event will span two days rather than the one day, but it's
entered in outlook correctly. any ideas what this might be?

These symptoms indicate Daylight Savings Time issues. Make sure all the
devices in question have the proper DST updates applied.
