Outlook 2007 Beta 2 - Crash during first launch, still won't launc

I removed Office 2003 and installed Office Beta 2. All other 2007 Beta 2
apps launch fine, but the Outlook 2007 app has never launched successfully.
It attempts to migrate my account settings (in the configuring Outlook
dialog), and then it crashes saying that "Microsoft Office Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." It never hits the migrating preferences or importing user
data parts of configuring Outlook. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the
Beta twice now, with still no success. I've tried launching Outlook in safe
mode, as it suggests, but the same thing happens there. And I've tried the
diagnostics and the detect/repair, and still get the same problem. When I
view the link it gives me upon reporting the problem to Microsoft, it gives
me no details about the problem and only says it'll be fixed in the next
release. Does anyone have ANY ideas???????

Reinstalling won't help with configuration issues. Recreating your mail
profile sounds like the solution for you;
