My company just changed our email setup and now we log into MS Exchange.
Every time I open Outlook, I have to type a password. How can I automate this
so I do not have to type my password every time I open Outlook?

I am running XP Pro, Outlook 2007

All depends on how they have configured things and the way you make the
connection. It's better to start this question at your mail admins.

Roady,
They are 8000 miles away and really have no interest in helping me to do
this. I am a contractor for this company and work for several other companies
also. I don't want to have to log in to Outlook every time I start it. Can
you give me some options as to how to do this? I have tried for days on my
own to figure this out, but I know nothing about the MS Exchange thing. That
is why I came here. Hoping that one of the MVP's might give me some insight.

Thanks,
CAD

You'll have to provide some details then. How are you setting up the
Exchange connection? VPN? RPC over HTTP? Which type of authentication?
Etc...

Thanks Roady.

RPC over HTTP, basic authentication. "On fast" & "On Slow" both checked.

In that case automatic logon is not possible.
