Outlook 2007 attached WAV files

All of a sudden outlook cannot open attached .wav files. I get cannot create
file: voice-mail.wav. I have Vonage and all of my Voice mails are sent to
outllook. As of yesterday I cannot open them or prieview them. Any
suggestions?

Exactly what happens when you try?

I get an error that says "Cannot Create file: voice-message.wav. Right click

I get an error that says "Cannot Create file: voice-message.wav. Right click
on the foldr you want to create it in and check permissions". Has been
happening to me for to days on all VM's routed to outlook.
